Delivery and Payment Confidentiality

All information provided to GALIENTE for online ordering of goods/products remains confidential, including name, address details, and payment card information.

Payment

Please note that all orders on our webshop include 14% Egyptian VAT. All prices are displayed in EGP currency on the website. By completing payment for an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once we have registered your payment, your order will be packed and shipped.

We use MyFatoorah as our payment solution. Pay securely with credit cards through MyFatoorah. We accept MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Visa, and Visa Debit. Refunds cannot be transferred to any account other than the card used for the original purchase.

Warranty

Any errors or defects in the delivered goods/products must be reported to GALIENTE within 2 months of discovering the issue.

You must contact GALIENTE if a fault or defect is identified. The customer is responsible if they fail to notify GALIENTE within the stated period.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the day the product is delivered and received. If you wish to return purchased items, GALIENTE must be informed, and the return must be completed within 14 days.

If you wish to exchange products for a different size, style, or color, please place a new order and return the original products. Returned items must be returned in the same condition and quantity as received.

Additionally, the product must be unused, with all original tags intact and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for following washing instructions, and we do not refund or exchange products damaged due to improper care. When the above conditions are met, we will refund the paid purchase price for the returned order.

GALIENTE does not refund shipping costs on your order.
