Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a purchased product for a different size, model, or color, please place a new order.

Next, return the desired product to us. You will need your order number and email address, and you must contact us at info@galiente.com to receive your return label.

Once we receive the package at our warehouse, the amount will be credited within 3-5 business days. There are no extra cost for the return. 

Condition of Items:
Returned or exchanged products must be in the same condition and quantity as originally received.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging with intact tags.

Returns:
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date the product is delivered and received.

If you return your product, make sure to obtain a proof of postage. This will be required in case the package is lost during transit.
