Egypt:

Delivery in Egypt takes 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with your order confirmation as soon as you place the order, as well as an email once your order has been shipped. You will be notified via both SMS and email when your order is ready for pickup at the collection point.

All orders are shipped with Bosta

We offer free returns on all orders.

Track & Trace

When you receive your order confirmation, you will also receive a tracking number.

Internatinal:

Delivery outside of Egypt takes 5-7 business days. We also ship to the following  countries with Bosta or DHL:

We deliver to the following countries:
Belgium, Finland, France, the Netherlands,Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Denamrk, Norway, Germany, and USA.

During busy periods such as Eid, Christmas and Black Friday, delivery times may be longer. Galiente does not refund shipping costs on your order
